Crafts Museum

New Delhi’s Crafts Museum has a special location in the center of the city. In addition to its collection of Indian handicraft, it has an exhibition that introduces visitors to traditional Indian village life. There are, among other things, clay huts and terracotta horses. The displays inside the museum building include exquisite woodcarvings, metal ware and ceramics. The life-sized wooden figures from Karnataka are among the museum’s most fascinating pieces.
